In accordance to Dutch and European regulations you have the right to withdraw your order within 7 days after receipt of the ordered product. To do so, return the product, firmly packed in the original package. We will immediately refund the product, except for the shipping costs, as soon as we have received the product back undamaged.
We will do our best to package the product in such a way that it is well protected. If however the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and provide some photographic evidence of the damage. In this case a replacement may be provided.
We give you the license to expose the art-prints we have sent you. All copyrights remain at the artist, Nelleke Verhoeff. You are not allowed to reproduce the images for use on your website, presentation or in print etcetera without prior consent of the artist.
Because of various transaction costs in order to process your payment, a minimum order of 6 euros is required (taxes included, shipping costs excluded).
