Packages are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment. We generally try to send within 3 days, but sometimes processing of the prints takes longer. We ship via PostNL. Packages small enough to fit a standard mailbox (380 x 265 x 32 mm) will be sent at letter rate, but without tracking. Bigger packages will be sent at parcel rate with Track and Trace.

The total weight of the order, including packaging, is estimated by the shop's software. We try to fine-tune that as much as possible, but there can be small deviations, with a maximum of 1 weight level.

Prints larger than 20 x 30 cm will be carefully rolled up in a tube (12.5 cm diameter) and sent at parcel rate up to 2 kilograms (euros):

Shipping fees are the rates charged by PostNL and can be found at www.postnl.nl/zakelijk/Images/PostNL-Rates-2013_tcm210-663394.pdf. No extra fees are charged for handling and packing. All shipping is done from The Netherlands. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the items.
